This modern luxury apartment complex is located just 20 meters from the beach in the heart of the Black Sea resort of Golden Sands – one of the most attractive resorts on the Bulgarian coast, known for its incredible entertainment, favorable climate, fresh sea breeze, spacious golden beaches, clean sea water, abundant greenery of the national park in whose territory it is located. The Golden Sands resort is located 18 km north of the city of Varna and is suitable for recreation for people of different ages, offering a variety of options and conditions for recreation, sports, entertainment and wellness. Description of the complex
The complex was built on the first line of the sea, 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The building consists of 9 floors and is a solid monolithic building, where each entrance has a separate foyer and elevator. The general parts of the building are finished with high quality materials, with stone cladding and luxurious elevators. The complex offers apartments ranging from 60 sq.m. up to 190 sq.m.
