The villa consists of three levels, the first of which is a large living room combined with a kitchen. On the upper floors there are six bedrooms. In addition, the house has a sauna, a jacuzzi and an indoor pool with decorative fountains, as well as an underground garage (for cars and for a boat). The villa is adjoined by a huge private plot of 3,000 sq.m. In the backyard there is a large park, decorated with greenery and stone. The front courtyard is paved with stone and landscaped; in five meters from the sea there is a personal billiard room with a bar and kitchen furniture. The floors are made of marble; from the windows overlooking the sea. The mansion is built of Chinese stone, withstands all the whims of the sea climate, the roof is lined with a stone of lava with the same properties. Floors - both inside and outside the house - are made of marble and granite. All the windows are made of bullet-proof glass. From the inside of the windows and doors there are automatically sliding metal shutters. All metal materials in the house are made of stainless steel. By the sea from the house you can get on both the land road and the underground tunnel, which is illuminated by natural light, penetrating through the decorative pools.
