Description of the resort

The complex "SEA WIND" is in the town of Sveti Vlas, a resort, hidden in the eastern part of Stara Planina, in close proximity to the Black Sea coast.

The unique combination of sea and mountains form an exceptionally mild climate. The area is part of the Mediterranean climatic zone. It is sheltered from the north winds, so the fog is a rare phenomenon, and cold days during winter months are not many. Warm weather and cool breezes are typical for the summer and early autumn.

Air currents between the sea and the mountain create a unique natural phenomenon, which purifies the air. Natural sea breeze combined with crystal clear air provides excellent conditions for development of balneotherapy and has a positive effect on patients with bronchial asthma and other lung diseases. Description of the complex

The complex is built in Mediterranean style. The complex has two entrances and 140 apartments.
It offers studios, apartments with one and two bedroom apartments, as well as several VIP suites.

The apartments are ‘turnkey’ finished, with furniture pack and fully equipped bathroom. Flooring in rooms is laminate, walls – painted with latex. MDF doors, PVC windows.
