We offer to purchase a premium-class property, a ready-made, settled log house and bathhouse made of polar dead standing pine KELO on a large plot of 15 acres in the near suburbs of Brest, in an ecologically clean and beautiful natural location next to a forest and a lake - in the village of Smuga, Chernavchitsky village council, Brest district, where, along with modern buildings, the infrastructure for comfortable living and recreation is well developed: there is a clinic, kindergarten, school, community center, art school, bank, post office, shops, etc.

We built the house and bathhouse for ourselves, according to an individual architectural project, which was made to order. The project is not commercial! The area of the house is 224 sq.m (two floors), two bathrooms, a dressing room, a terrace on both floors under a common roof - composite tiles. The log bathhouse has overall dimensions of 10.1 x 5.4 meters excluding the terrace, the building is located on one floor: a recreation room, a steam room, a washroom, a bathroom, an open veranda, a roof - composite tiles. Strip monolithic foundation, there is also a foundation for an outbuilding. The diameter of the logs is not less than 34 cm. When assembling the log house, traditional technology was used without the use of nails: the logs were laid on top of each other, seated and fastened with a dowel. Insulation - jute cloth - was used between the logs. Electricity is centralized on the site, gas and water supply are on the street.

A log house made of KELO wood is a unique building material, the age of the tree is 250 - 300 years, the diameter of the log reaches 340 - 400 mm, does not grow any longer, a strong natural material. KELO does not darken, does not need to be treated with special compounds, antiseptics or oils. The highest density and strength are achieved due to the crystallization of resin inside the wood structure. The structure gives off a unique subtle aroma of resin and wood. KELO wood has a very characteristic and unique appearance. When KELO wood is sawn, a warm core of amber and honey color is revealed. This color practically does not fade or discolor even with long-term use indoors or in a bathhouse. Such wood gives houses and bathhouses a brutal and unique character of the premium segment.
