The apartment consists of a living room and 1 bedroom. Only 5 beds. The kitchen is combined with the living room. The bedroom has a bed 150 cm wide and a bed 90 cm wide. Couch bed in the living room. 5 people can rest comfortably. The rental price includes bed linen, bathroom towels, the kitchen is equipped with kitchen dishes. Second floor of a 5-storey building, with an elevator. Balcony with a side view of the sea. Near the supermarket Dialprix, many cafes, parks, playgrounds, 200 m city bus stop. There's no pool, public parking on the street.
Prices:
low season - 40 euros per night or 280 euros per week
average season - 60 euros per night or 420 euros per week
High season - 95 euros per night or 665 euros per week
Additional costs:
- for the final cleaning of 70 euros.
- Deposit - 150 euros, which will be returned if the property is safe.
