This contemporary-styled, FREEHOLD, 4-bedroom villa, resting upon 1189 sqm of land and covering 650 sqm of floor space, is blessed with sweeping views of Jimbaran Bay. The ground floor of this stunning, fully-furnished, two-storey property comprises three ensuite guest bedrooms, and a spacious open-plan living and dining room with a ten-seater dining table and a sleek, modern, integrated kitchen. This area is fronted by enormous glass doors which can be closed to provide the ultimate in air-conditioned comfort or thrown open for an authentic Balinese outdoor-living experience. A small library, adjacent to the living room, presents a peaceful sanctuary.
The four bedrooms are spacious and private, two of them offering amazing views right from their king-size beds. Ensuite bathrooms boast chic Grohe fixtures. The magnificent master bedroom, with its equally spectacular ensuite bathroom and ocean-view balcony, is situated on the upper floor.
This tastefully furnished room, with rich, warm wood flooring, features a king-size bed and opens onto a balcony. The master ensuite is fitted with twin washbasins and a rainshower, while an enormous tub set below a glass roof offers starlit bathing. The three guest bedrooms are fitted with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Furnished with king-size beds, they feature outstanding ensuite bathrooms with rainshowers and generously sized tubs. Two of the rooms have shaded, furnished balconies that face the pool, while the third is accessed from the dining and kitchen area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with 32-inch television screens.
The upper floor is also home to a spa room, a second indoor living room and a kids’ playroom, which opens onto a view-filled rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, furnished with canopied double sunbeds and a dining table for enjoying alfresco meals. The terrace can also be accessed from an external flight of stairs. East meets west as traditional Balinese features fuse deliciously with marble, granite and local woods. Floors are of polished wood and entertainment facilities are top notch. A profusion of glass floods the villa with sunlight and yields seamless views over manicured lawns, calming water features and an alluring 18-metre, infinity-edge lap pool.
The villa is located on Jalan Lalang Temu within a quiet neighbourhood on the side of the hill above Jimbaran Village. It is 5km from Four Seasons Resort and Jimbaran Beach, 12km from the airport, and close to most of South Bali’s attractions, shops, restaurants, and stunning gold-sand beaches. Jimbaran lies on the western side of Bali’s narrow isthmus, a sweeping bay that curves from the southern side of the airport to the bushy headland that is the start of the Bukit Peninsula. The beautiful Jimbaran Beach offers safe swimming, breath-taking views across the bay, legendary sunsets, and the celebrated toes-in-the-sand Jimbaran Bay seafood feasts. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as a shopping precinct, yet the village maintains its Balinese charm and is home a traditional local-produce market and a famous seafood market.
