Centrale Quarter, comfortably located among the magnificent landscapes of the Lustica Peninsula on a site with a round view and is designed to become the center of Luštica Bay. Despite the fact that he is characterized by all the features inherent in Luštica Bay, namely close attention to the smallest details in construction, sophistication of design and environmental care, this quarter will bring something completely new to the city palette. The quarter combines the functions of a commercial, administrative and cultural center, is a quiet green harbor and at the same time a meeting place - the new center for the attraction of Luštica Bay residents and the new urban center for the surrounding areas.
As part of the first stage of construction, it is planned to erect a school for 180 students, a public zone, a supermarket, a medical center and an emergency services location, including the police and the fire brigade. At later, still elaborated stages of construction, it is planned to build a hospital or other health facility and a higher educational institution. The residential buildings of the Centrale quarter are a unique interpretation of the idea of year-round living on the coast. Their projects meet the highest standards and reflect the architectural traditions of Montenegro, they combine past and present, comfort and the latest technology.
