Byala is a quiet and cozy town with a permanent population of about 2,500 people, located approximately in the middle between Varna and Burgas. The complex consists of 66 apartments of different size, types of apartments - studio, 1 and 2-room and two-level.
Type of construction: monolithic construction with load-bearing reinforced concrete elements - columns and washers bearing walls - brick, masonry thickness 25 cm.
