Functioning family hotel located in the area of "Colakova Ceshma", Kosharitsa, 3 km west of Sunny Beach, on the southern slope of the eastern part of the Stara Planina Mountains and 40 km from Burgas. The hotel is built on an area surrounded by green oak forests, which offer breathtaking views of the sea bay and old Nessebar - an attractive combination of sea and mountains.
Bus stop to Nessebar/Sl. It is about 150m away and there is also mini golf nearby. Just 3 km away is the newly built Lidl store. It and the town of Sl.Bryag can be easily and conveniently reached by illuminated pedestrian and bicycle path.
The hotel has 8 double rooms (with the possibility of installing an additional bed in each) and 3 apartments, with a total of 35 beds with sea or mountain views, which are conveniently located on two floors. All rooms are comfortably furnished, bathrooms are equipped with a bathroom / shower, as well as cable TV, wireless Internet access and individual air conditioning. The apartments are equally equipped and have a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen box and a refrigerator.
