The walls, 500 mm thick, have two reinforcing layers of mesh and are plastered with German facade decorative plaster, allowing you to maintain heat in winter and coolness in summer.The base of the house and the blind area, 120 cm wide, are insulated, waterproofed and rainwater drainage is installed, with drainage through underground networks outside the site. Gas Heating and hot water supply system from a premium gas boiler from the German company BOSCH (Junkers) with full automation and manual control. Water supply comes from two sources. From our own well with a depth of 154m with automation (the highest quality of artesian water), as well as a local water supply system used for watering plants planted during the design layout of the site, which has a sports ground for games (football, volleyball or just for relaxation after visiting your pool). All engineering systems for providing homes - water supply, gas supply, electricity supply, septic tank - are serviced under existing contracts by specialized organizations. The entrance door is metal, insulated, with crossbar locks. Satellite television has been installed and full alarm wiring has been completed. Kitchen – area 15m2, has access to a terrace with PVC glass doors, heated porcelain stoneware floors (water heated), equipped with all necessary household appliances and installed imported kitchen furniture (dishwasher, hood, etc.). There are two separate bathrooms with an area of 4.4m2 and 4.7 m2, in which the floors and walls are tiled and a shower cabin (glass and mosaic lined), a corner bath, washbasins, toilets and a heated floor are installed. In 4 bedrooms, which have separate entrances from a huge foyer (21.1 m2) in winter, it serves as a place for entertainment and games (table tennis, a ball with children, laminate flooring, wallpaper on the walls. There is a storage room located in the entrance area of the house, and there is also an intermediate room between the entrance from the street and the residential area to preserve heat and change clothes. The boiler room is made inside the house, where all equipment for life systems is installed and allows it to be controlled unhindered. The attic room has access through an installed transformer system (folding staircase). In the attic, the ceiling of the first floor is insulated and a wooden floor is laid on top, which allows, if desired, to arrange an additional living space of up to 50m2. The electricity meter is installed in the RShch, which is located on a pole outside the site; the gas meter is located on the outer wall of the house. There is a barbecue area behind the plot in the forest (see photo).
