from authentic products of the 19th-century (basalt steps and a visor of cast iron in the form of grape

vines), doors are made according to individual drawings made of oak.    

The building is made in the style of the main building and is in harmony with the historical center of the city. 

Only high-quality materials and modern ones were used for the construction of the annex

technologie.

The foundation is built on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 30 cm, the walls are made

from reinforced concrete on the technology of non-removable formwork (from inside and outside the walls - dense polystyrene 

by 7.5 cm), at the expense of which the building has a high energy saving index.

The closures of the basement and the first floor are made by tiles.

The roof of the building was designed separately.

The uniqueness of the project in the welded structure of the rafter system using

metal pipes of square and rectangular cross-section in combination with wood crate.

Ceramic brick is used for partitions inside the premises. 

Near the building there are parking spaces for 24 and 4 seats. The building has 3 separate entrances.
