Status M is a real estate agency and investment partner based in Budva, Montenegro, founded by Alina Župij.
Over the years, the company has grown from a small team of two people into a structured team of 10 full-time professionals. During this time, we have built not only brokerage expertise but also hands-on development experience.
A key milestone in our growth was the creation of our own project — the Status residential complex in Bečići. The project was successfully developed and fully sold out. Today, part of the units remain under our management, which reflects our ability not only to sell property, but also to operate and manage it after the transaction.
