Purchase Terms

- Reservation Agreement: The reservation fee is 4,000 PLN (non-refundable, guarantees apartment reservation and price). This amount will be credited towards the utility fees.
- Developer Agreement: After signing the reservation agreement, the next payment will be made after signing the notary deed in January 2024.
