The architectural idea was to create a new standard for modern design that matches the context of the mountainous region. In addition to the cultural amenities of the city, the hotel has a fully equipped 3D cinema, accommodating up to 72 visitors. In addition to the cinema, the hotel's pub with 120 seats is also intended for daily guests. As a unique design element over most of the first floor there is a hotel “area” designed for various types of cultural, recreational or private hotel events, a meeting place and a city garden for hotel guests, an elevated platform with beautiful views of the Tara River and a magnificent Bjelasitsa massif.
