Modern stylish mini-hotel in the medieval village of Stoliv in the Boko-Kotor Bay.

The house stands on the small street connected to the main road that goes all the way around the bay. Local pebble beach is just across the street. It’s an ideal place for relaxation highly demanded by tourists – calm, peaceful, with lots of beautiful seascape sceneries. Several cafés and restaurants are located close by. Distance to the beach is only 70 m, all necessary infrastructure is within walking distance.
The hotel functions throughout a year, it has established cooperation with travel agencies, good track record of returning guests and management personnel. From 2017 the guest house is advertised via Booking.com with the score of 9.7 and positive guest reviews.
The village of Stoliv has a good geographical position in the Kotor Bay. It’ll take only 20 min drive to get to the Tivat airport. It also means the close proximity of the city Tivat with all its infrastructure and ultramodern complex Porto Montenegro with its own yacht marina.
At the same time 20 min drive in another direction will bring you to the ancient and charming town of Kotor, a place protected by UNESCO as one of the world cultural heritage sites.
