Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is a new large-scale resort project on the Black Sea coast in Kobuleti, combining a five-star hotel concept, branded residences and investment apartments.
The project combines three expressive towers, forming a new architectural landmark of the coast. The complex is being built on the historic site of the legendary Intourist Hotel and is designed to set a new standard for resort real estate in the region.

Architecture inspired by the sea
The master plan of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort was developed by the Madrid office of the international architectural firm Chapman Taylor.
The architectural concept of the three towers is inspired by the silhouettes of sailing yachts: the buildings resemble three sails towering above the coastline. Due to the location and architecture, panoramic sea views are provided from each apartment.
The project combines modern architecture, the natural landscape of Kobuleti and the aesthetics of the premium seaside resort.
