This hotel is located at Bakuriani (on the highway of Didveli sky track and Tabatskuri crossroad).  It is 2 km away from the Bakuriani railway station, 1 km away from Bakuriani park, 1,2 km- from 25 Ski Track, 2,5 km-from Didveli Ski Track, and 3,5 km from Kokhta Gora Ski Track. The hotel is a 4-storied building, with 12 individual rooms. Billiard, bar, sauna, cells for safe storage of skiing equipment and a dining room for 50 persons and 2 toilets are located on the 1st floor. There is a separate space with a projector for the children's entertainment, where they will be able to watch cartoons on a big screen. The kitchen equipped with the necessary inventory with two rooms and bathrooms for the staff is located on the same floor.
