At "Privilege Fort Beach," you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation with your family! You and your children can enjoy the pools, jacuzzi, and the artificial river flowing through the complex. All pools are equipped with lifeguards, and the sun loungers around the pools are free of charge.

Fixture and fittings:
The apartment has a stunning view, but unfortunately, the laminate and furniture have aged a bit. They are still usable, but a complete renovation is recommended, including new laminate flooring, kitchen replacement, and a fresh coat of paint! Our client has unfortunately used the apartment very little and has no intention of undertaking significant renovations. The asking price is even less than the purchase price from many years ago!
