Marčana is a settlement in Istria, Croatia, 15 kilometres northeast of Pula. It is located in the southern part of the island. On the D66 state route, the settlement is located. The village of Marčana has been around since the 3000s and preserves old Croatian culture. Several homes are rusted. There are ancient and renovated properties and newer and older properties.
Three restored stone Istrian houses that total 168m2 of living space take up this one-of-a-kind structure. A spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room with a fireplace, as well as double access to the outdoor protected terrace, are all available on the ground floor of the open concept.
The first floor includes three bedrooms and two large bathrooms, with an internal staircase leading to it. A swimming pool with a sun deck and a recreational area for children are included in the yard, and the villa is defined by an intimate atmosphere, a uniquely stylish interior, comfort and spaciousness of the living space, an outdoor kitchen, and a beautiful large garden.
