The village of Marčana has been around since the 3000s and preserves old Croatian culture. Several homes are rusted. There are ancient and renovated properties and newer and older properties.

The first floor includes three bedrooms and two large bathrooms, with an internal staircase leading to it. A swimming pool with a sun deck and a recreational area for children are included in the yard, and the villa is defined by an intimate atmosphere, a uniquely stylish interior, comfort and spaciousness of the living space, an outdoor kitchen, and a beautiful large garden.
