Payment scheme:
First payment – 20% is paid upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.
The remaining 80% of the cost - installment payment for real estate under a contract with the developer:
- for up to 3 years with an increase in cost of 5% per annum;
- for a period from 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in the cost of 6.5% per annum;
- for a period from 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in the cost of 9.7% per annum.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 30%, a 0.5% discount from the cost is provided when signing the preliminary contract.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 40% upon signing the preliminary contract, a 1% discount from the sale price is provided.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 50% upon signing the preliminary contract, a 1.5% discount from the sale price is provided.
At full payment of the price of the apartment within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment is transferred after paying 20% of the cost.
Support fee in the complex: 14.50 EUR/sq.m. with VAT
