Ownership structure
To make it easy and secure for foreigners to own their land plots, wewill transfer 1/6 of the land holding company to the buyer and registereach buyer as a director in the company. The company owned by the6 properties will then register a 30-year lease to each owner, which canthen easily be extended or sold in the future. As for the Villa, it can beowned in a foreigner's name.If the buyer is not comfortable with this setup, Quinta Lane can sell theland plot as a freehold out of the company for an additional cost of900,000 baht.
