- new interior doors are installed ;
- the entrance lobby was replaced with a double-glazed window 2x2 m2;
In 2021, a fireplace-boiler was installed, to which 7m3 of wood was stored.
Ventilation was also installed in the cellar.
The area is landscaped with thujas, junipers and many perennial ornamental plants. The rest of the space is occupied by a lawn. There is a grill in the barbecue area.
The house is spacious, but not huge, without unnecessary rooms. It will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
