2 bedroom house 70 m² Bedulu, Indonesia

This two-bedroom villa sits within a 25-villa community in the rice-terrace hills of Bali’s cultural highlands, part of a collection priced from USD 132,000 to USD 199,000. It adds a second bedroom while keeping the clean, open feel of the smaller homes, with a private pool, an open terrace and a planted garden, plus access to the shared infinity pool with its swim-up bar, lounge and a restaurant with co-working space. The villa is built to a solid standard, with a reinforced-concrete frame, three-metre ceilings, tile floors and double-glazed windows, furnished in teak and solid wood and air-conditioned throughout. The land carries Orange R-4 tourism zoning, so it works as a short-stay holiday rental or a long lease, with professional on-site management. Due diligence is complete and the building permit is in progress, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2027, a short drive from the town’s restaurants, galleries and wellness studios. It suits a couple or small family, or an investor after a stronger nightly rate from a managed base.
