A historic villa from the 1920s is for rent, located near the Royal Train and Łazienki Królewskie. The building was designed by the famous architect Marcin Weinfeld, who also designed the pre-war Warsaw skyscraper Prudential. The villa has undergone a major renovation: all utilities, risers, and windows have been replaced. For several years, the building was rented out to run a restaurant, and the price includes all the necessary infrastructure for working in the catering industry: ovens, grills, dishwashers, two refrigeration chambers, several stoves, kitchen utensils and cutlery.
