The village of Laporovichi is located 5 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, on the shore of the Minsk Sea. The village became popular in the early 2000s, when representatives of the Belarusian elite began to buy land for construction here.

The yoga building is located in a quieter area and is surrounded by a terrace and a clearing for outdoor yoga.
Green spaces that are not covered by the development (coniferous and deciduous trees) are preserved on the site.
All preserved trees are included in the general structure of the territory improvement; when placing windows, terraces, and recreation areas, views of these green spaces for visitors are taken into account.
Also along the site there is a linden alley, a view of which is provided from the yoga terraces and the relax terrace of the SPA building.
