The house managed to fit harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. But at the same time, it does not merge with it, but retains its individuality. A large area of open terraces, panoramic windows emphasize this connection. All this together creates a single finished picture.
The building has a modern, but not pretentious architecture. By combining the best proven architectural solutions and details, we managed to get a project that will never age and will not go out of fashion. The building looks light and airy thanks to the huge panoramic windows, large open terraces with thin supports - everything is done to freely enjoy the surrounding nature. The house is permeated with light, its entire structure is very graceful and elegant.

Another feature of the house is the spacious kitchen-living rooms with a second light, which gives even more air, volume, space and natural light pouring in from the windows, filling the space with warmth and lifting the mood. They will allow you to gather the whole family or a large company at the set table and will become your favorite place in the house. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can admire the picturesque garden or keep an eye on the children playing in the backyard while preparing food.
The total area of the building is 539.6 sq.m. The living area of the residential building is 137.7. The total area of the living spaces of the residential building is 403.4 sq.m.
The front part of the house is prudently facing the inside of the site towards the forest, and its back side is directed towards the street and the road.
The house consists of the main block and an adjoining additional volume (can be used as a separate space for your guests) with a separate entrance on the right side of the building, as well as through the garage. This additional space (guest house) has its own separate double-height kitchen-living room of 31 sq.m. with its own exit to the terrace, a spacious living room with a corridor, located on the second floor, as well as a hall, entrance hall and bathroom.
In the main part of the house, on the ground floor, there is an even larger double-height kitchen-living room (49 sq.m.), a spacious living room with a separate terrace, an office, a hall with an interfloor staircase located in it, a wardrobe, a vestibule, a corridor and a boiler room with a separate entrance, a large combined bathroom with natural light, an additional bathroom, rooms for a sauna and a gym. On the second floor there are two large living rooms, a bathroom and a corridor with exits to the terraces. In addition, there is a spacious garage with separate entrance gates for two cars with an area of 42 sq.m. The ceiling height of the residential building is 3 meters or more (eight-meter space of the Second Light).

Facade: insulated with Paroc mineral wool (made in Lithuania), plastered. Windows and doors: PVC (KBE profile, three-chamber reinforced).
High-quality rough finishing of the premises has been completed inside the house, with further finishing work to be continued. All electrical wiring has been installed. All utilities are functioning.
Utilities: electricity (380 and 220 V). There is a meter. The house is heated with electricity at preferential rates (water heated floors and radiators, which are prudently installed, including additional ones, at each window). An electric boiler VAILLANT eloBLOCK VE, an indirect heating boiler, a generator are installed. Fiber optics are introduced into the house. There is also the latest pellet solid fuel boiler TIS New DUO PELLET with a heat accumulator, capable of completely, autonomously from the electric boiler, heating the entire house space.
