⁃ the house has its own stove-fireplace with ventilation to the second room;

⁃ a completely new large corner bathroom;

⁃ two boilers are installed (kitchen and bathroom);

⁃ a new kitchen, full set;

⁃ there is the possibility of additional use of 3 acres of land nearby, on the other side of the street, for beds, fruit and berry crops. The territory is developed and prepared completely for planting;

⁃ the whole plot of land itself is prepared for beds, there are fruit and berry bushes and trees;

⁃ there is an antenna for receiving a TV signal.

The house was planned to be heated both by a fireplace and by electric convectors/heating radiators (made of granite), you can install them yourself (the plans included purchasing one for each separate room to maintain the temperature).

All the furniture remains as is.

There are 2 km of gravel road from the asphalt to the dacha.

About 4-5 families live in the partnership all year round.

Public transport (minibus) goes directly from the gates of the partnership to Minsk.

The forest is literally right behind the fence from the site, right there (50 meters) there is a stream/spring water.
