Conditions of accommodation and services
1. Payment and cancellation
• Prepayment of 50% of the total amount is charged
The amount of payment is calculated at the rate of sale of cash foreign currency of the Central Bank.
Changes and cancellations are possible no later than 60 days before the start of the stay.
• The minimum period of residence is 5 days.
• For monthly and annual rent, electricity and water costs are paid by guests.
2. Deposit

• Monthly rental – 5,000 euros
• For a weekly rental - 3,000 euros
3. Service fees (IDAT)
For stays of one month or more, the Aidat is 1,000 euros and includes the following services:

• Use of a generator
• 24/7 round-the-clock security and video surveillance system
• Signaling
• Covered parking for 2 cars
• Drinking purified water throughout the complex (including the beach and gardens)
• Fitness room, sauna and massage
• Own swimming pool and garden
• Garden care and pool maintenance
4. Scrubbing
The cost of the final cleaning after the stay - 400 euros
• Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
5. HOUSE ANIMALS
Information about living with pets is requested individually.
