These are ideal residences, perfected in every detail. We also make it for you to take the opportunity to use a turnkey interior design facility for your home. Our Architect is available to prepare the design, make visualisations of the rooms based on your preferences. The finished project will be carried out under the supervision of the designer by a reliable team, and the finished house will only require you to bring in your luggage.
Estate & houses
The estate consists of ten residences in a quiet part of Konstancin. The area is carefully designed and maintained. All elegant, modern, with well-kept greenery around the buildings. Entrance through a gate controlled by a remote control. Video intercom in each house. All city utilities available, including optical fibre.
The interiors of the houses are characterised by almost unlimited space: the ground floor is 3.05 m high, the mezzanine is 3.17 m high and the first floor is 2.96 m high. Where the staircase is located, the height is approximately 6.5 metres.
The materials have been meticulously selected for quality and durability.
The facades are kept in light tones and covered with high-class materials, including more than 3 metres of quartz sinter panels. This is characterised not only by its durability and modern-class design, but also by its incredible resistance to all types of damage, scratches and discolouration. The pitch of the roofs has been covered with an attic.

Location
Konstancin – Klarysew. The location of the Lipova Living estate near ul Warszawska, right on the administrative border of Warsaw, allows for efficient communication with the capital and quick access to the centre of Konstancin. There is a bus stop 200 metres from the estate, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Ursynów and the Kabaty metro station.
In the neighbourhood of the estate, there are numerous shops and markets within a radius. In less than 3 minutes you can reach the Stara Papiernia Shopping Centre by car, where boutiques, cafés and restaurants are located.
Residents have at their disposal public and private kindergartens, Primary School No. 3 at Bielawska Street, as well as private institutions: the prestigious American School of Warsaw, Montessorian No Bell School. At a distance of 7 km is the Canadian The International School, and 10 km is Wilanów, where the British British Primary School, the German Willy Brandt Schule, the International European School, the Polish British Academy of Warsaw, the Varsovia Private Primary School and the Akademeia High School have their seats.
