The second floor is frame. Carcass 150 mm, films, imitation of the beam on both sides, final lining with planken, warm wall 170 mm. Overlap of the second floor, then the attic, beams 150x150, the insulation between the beams, the ceiling of the second floor is tinted with a simulation of the beam, the floor of the attic is a trimming board of 25 mm.

The roof of the metal tiles is 0.5 the thickness of the material itself, galvanized, and coated with polymer coating.

The well is a depth of 21 meters, the first aquifer. Well productivity 3500l / h.

The pump is not throttled. Analysis in a bio-chem laboratory showed that all minerals are within normal limits, there is no organic matter.

Local sewerage with double wells separate for each building located on the site.

In the kitchen with a total area of 17.8 square meters, porcelain is laid on the floor, and the walls are simulated with timber and covered with paint of light tones. It turned out to be a very bright and spacious kitchen with a dining area, where it is always pleasant and comfortable to cook.

The house has 2 boilers for heating water: 50 liters for the kitchen and 80 liters for shower rooms.

The very area of the house is designed and zoned so that each has a separate area for relaxation and its own bathroom. In total, the house has 4 separate rooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Design stoves for heating the whole house are also provided, they are made and thought out in high technology to provide good heat transfer!

The territory of the entire plot is about 30 acres, on which there is a gazebo, a house for guests, and a foundation for a bath complex with all communications.

 The base (foundations) for columns, walls, ovens are well placed in advance under the surface of the paving slab. The gazebo itself stands on compensators and is not a capital structure. Water supply, drainage, own septic tank (2 rings), ventilation are provided.
