The house was able to harmoniously fit into the surrounding landscape. But at the same time he does not merge with him, but retains his individuality. A large area of open terraces, panoramic windows emphasize this connection. All this together creates a single finished drawing.

The building has a modern, but not pretentious architecture. Combining the best proven architectural solutions and details, we managed to get a project that will never grow old and will not go out of fashion. The structure looks light and airy thanks to the huge panoramic windows of large open terraces with thin supports – everything is done in order to freely enjoy the surrounding nature. The house is all permeated with light, all its design is very elegant and elegant. When you look at it, a magnificent sense of tranquility, serenity and appeasement is created.

Characteristic elements of the project are large corner windows, soft roof lines, high ceilings, a lot of light, glass and space.

One of the main features of the house is – large functional terraces. On which you can cover breakfast in the summer morning, sunbathe in the summer sunny day, prepare a barbecue in rainy weather, drink a cup of hot coffee in the early cool morning, spend a sunset with a glass of wine in a cozy chair under a warm plaid and organize evening «boarding» with a cup of fragrant tea or mulled wine when a beautiful view of the stars opens.

Another feature of the house are spacious kitchen-living rooms with the Second Light, which gives even more air, volume, space and natural light pouring out of the windows, filling the space with heat and raising the mood. They will allow you to gather at the covered table the whole family or a big company and become a favorite place in the house. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can cook food, admire the picturesque garden or watch the children playing in the backyard.

The total area of the building is 540 sq.m. Total area of premises without terraces 403 sq.m. Living area 138 sq.m.

The front-facial part of the house is prudently facing inside the plot towards the forest, and the back side is directed to the street and the road.

The house consists of the main block and the additional volume adjacent to it (can be used as a separate space for your guests) with a separate entrance on the right side of the building, as well as through the garage. This additional space (guest house) has its own separate two-light kitchen-living room with an area of 31 sq.m. with its own exit to the terrace, a spacious living room with a corridor located on the second floor, as well as a hall, hallway and bathroom.

In the main part of the house, on the ground floor there is an even larger area of a two-light kitchen-living room (49 sq.m.), a spacious living room with a separate terrace, a study, a hall with an interfloor staircase located in it, wardrobe, vestibule, corridor and furnace with a separate entrance, a large combined bathroom with natural light, an additional bathroom, sauna rooms and a gym. On the second floor there are two large living rooms, a bathroom and a corridor with exits to the terraces. In addition, there is a spacious garage with separate entrance gates for two cars with an area of 42 sq.m. The height of the ceilings of the house is – 3 and more meters (eight-meter space of the Second World).

The house has five separate entrances from different sides. Residential rooms, living room, kitchen have their own exits to the street and terraces. All rooms are well located in relation to each other and will provide a comfortable stay for all family members. There are construction and architectural projects developed individually by the famous Belarusian architect. The house is planted on a plot with full compliance with fire and sanitary norms. Built of high-quality, durable and environmentally friendly materials on the latest technologies by a team of professionals in compliance with all technical standards and quality standards, ready to pass the test of any expert. The plot is of regular rectangular shape, has a flat relief, consists of fertile soil, fenced on the front side with a combined fence of natural stone (Poland) with metal inserts with automatic sliding gates and wicket (style Europe). The back and sides of the plot are fenced with a metal Euro fence for a greater sense of space. On the back side there is an additional gate for the convenience of exit/exit and maintenance of homeownership.
