- Reinforced monolithic ribbon foundation, w/b floor slabs, monolithic belts. On the hidden work on the filling of the foundation the photo was preserved.
- Two-level house with a total area of 165 sq.m. Free layout. High ceilings: 1st floor-286 cm, 2nd floor 295 cm. Large openings for installing panoramic windows.
- It was planned to build a terrace from the courtyard and a canopy for the car with an exit from the house. The house is supplied with electricity, fiber, gas in the nearby street, possibly electric heating.
