Cottage for sale in ST Romashka, Podgorye village, just behind Ratomka (Zhdanovichsky village), 10 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

Horses are bred right at the entrance to ST and in the summer you can ride horses.  At the entrance to the partnership there is a huge field. The Minsk Sea is just a few kilometers away. The dacha is located in the delivery zone of EUROOPTA and Yandex taxi. On Fridays, the Euro wholesale truck shop comes.

ST is small with 47 sections. The power plant is now being replaced with our own. They promised to change everything before the summer. Accordingly, for 47 areas, the new power plant will provide enormous power; electric heating and all the benefits of electricity can be installed. All contributions for this have been paid in full.

Another plus, if you want to drill a well, the depth of artesian clean water is only 30 m.

Sewerage - local to 3 rings.
