Land Virpazar, Montenegro

The plot is located along the road in the village of Crmnica, Tomici, between the estates of the Pastrovics and Lake Skadar.
This region has a very mild climate, with many old castles and monasteries in the area.
All continental fruits grow here, as well as figs, tangerines, oranges, olives, kiwis, persimmons, and all vegetable crops.
This region is famous for its Crmnički vranac vineyards and winemaking. Meadows, pastures, forests, mountains are located on the site.
The road is asphalt, it is 10 minutes by car to Lake Skadar and Virpazar.
