I sell a building with a tenant - Creakids kindergarten, an international network (about 500 kindergartens in Latvia, Norway, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates). Building area 1309m2 (including basement 400m2). The janitor’s services and land tax (on the construction tax-0) compensates for the rental of parking spaces to offices located in the neighboring house. The building was built in 2006 and reconstructed for the kindergarten according to all today’s requirements (accepted by Veselibas inspekcija) in October-November 2021.

The contract is valid until 31.08.2031. The parties can terminate the contract unilaterally by giving 12 months’ notice.
