The complex is located in the western part of the Sunny Beach resort complex, approximately 400 m from the central beach. In a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the most popular entertainment venues. Nearby there is a bus stop, grocery stores and various commercial establishments.

The apartments will be located in two buildings.

Therefore, the name of the complex is “J'Adore Blanc”.
