Total thickness of external wall: 380 mm (porous ceramic block) + 20 mm (air gap) + 120 mm (facing brick) = 520 mm (warm house of the "thermos" type). The house is built for year-round living, there is a basement - partly under the house.
Plot: 5.5 acres, not privatized, but leased for 99 years (a big plus for foreign citizens). A garden of fruit-bearing apple trees, pears, plums, and cherries, as well as raspberry bushes, blackberries, black currants, and strawberry beds.
Utilities: Water - private well. Sewerage - Septic tank. Sewer pipes are led into wells with overflow, and a separate well from the shower is also provided, storm wells are made. Electricity is distributed throughout the house. Gas is supplied to the house (the boiler room is supplied with gas if there is a boiler, which in turn is purchased at the discretion of the residents).
