Green spaces that do not fall under the development spot (coniferous and deciduous tree species) are preserved on the site.

All preserved trees are included in the general structure of landscaping of the territory; when placing windows, terraces and recreation areas, views for visitors of these green spaces are taken into account.

Also along the site there is a linden alley, the view of which is provided from the yoga terraces and the relax terrace of the SPA building.
