Hence its second romantic name, “Castle in the Clouds.” Skyfall Gothic Cottage combines the unique architecture of a medieval castle with the comfort and functionality of a modern cottage. The spacious, bright hall (20 m2), smoothly flowing through the arched doorway into the dining room, is truly ceremonial and is intended for a dignified meeting of even the most demanding guests.The daytime area (74 m2) consists of a living room with a bay window and fireplace (54 m2), a dining room with second light and a panoramic window, a kitchen (20 m2), all this creates a maximum of a single space for living and relaxing. Large panoramic windows, a bay window, high ceilings (3.5 m), second light (15 m2) make the daytime zone cheerful, connected with the surrounding nature, maximally open to natural light, luxurious and majestic, while the space remains functional in a modern way. In addition, on the ground floor there is a dressing room (16 m2) and a bathroom with a window (8 m2), which is very convenient. Also on the ground floor there is a garage for two cars (42 m2) The house has a huge recreation area, which consists of a pool room (84 m2) with a swimming pool measuring 9.4 m x 3.6 m on the ground floor, as well as a relaxation room (46 m2), sauna (7 m2), hammam (11 m2), bathroom and shower (9 m2), located in the basement, which makes the house as comfortable as possible.Also in the basement there are technical rooms: laundry room (16 m2), boiler room (16 m2), electrical room and boiler room (24 m2), cellar (41 m2). The sleeping area on the second floor consists of 2 bright bedrooms (29 m2 and 20 m2), one bedroom with access to a balcony (5 m2), spacious bathrooms with windows (17 m2 and 8 m2), exit from the bedrooms is a spacious hall consisting of two rooms with an arched opening and an arched window (24 m2 + 25 m2) with access to a balcony (1.4 m2). The walls of the cottage are made of solid bricks with facing with ceramic reduced solid bricks produced by the Engel Brick Factory in the Saratov Region, the thickness of the walls is 51 cm. The partitions are brick with a thickness of ½ brick and made of gypsum board sheets.The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 50 cm thick with double reinforcement. Interfloor ceilings are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs. The roof is multi-slope, made of wooden beams and boards, roof cladding outside and inside is 12 mm OSB boards, insulation is 200 mm stone wool.
