The hotel was built in 2019. The official opening took place on July 15, 2021. It is located just 170 meters from the beach.

It is equipped with the most modern equipment from the manufacturer PANASONIK, including the VRV air conditioning and ventilation system, CLIMAVENETA heat pump, and OVENTROP solar system from a German manufacturer. The hotel’s operating system is provided by DIVENTA. A “SMART HOME SYSTEM” is installed.

There is a private drinking water source in addition to the city water supply, which means significant economic benefits. The hotel is built on a plot of 1100 square meters. The total area of the property is 2688 square meters + a 750 square meter garage + a rooftop terrace with a pool measuring 500 square meters.

The garage has an area of 750 square meters, which can accommodate up to 20 cars, and there is also space for the same number of cars in the open parking area. The first floor houses a 160-seat restaurant. The best soundproofing systems, triple-layered glass, and aluminum structures have been installed. Non-combustible carpets from Danish and Belgian manufacturers are used in the rooms. Curtains and other items comply with standards and regulations.

Next year, it will be possible to rent a portion of the beach on a long-term lease, which, by law, belongs to the hotel upon request without an auction. The beach is located opposite the hotel and is 150-200 meters away.

The hotel was built with the possibility of future expansion by an additional 5 floors after the acceptance of a detailed plan, which is currently under development and is expected to be approved soon.
