Description

The buildings of the Aumeisteri estate were formed between the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century, when the barns and the chapel were built. Later, the stables, carriage house and riding arena were built. The interior decoration of the second half of the 19th century has been partially preserved in the estate - wooden ceilings in the dining room, parquet in the hall and the hall, as well as stoves.

In 1896, a luxurious manager's house in the neo-Renaissance style was built, in which the original interior layout was preserved and reconstructed. Barns, a distillery, a pumping station and a servants' house were built on the shore of the lake. In front of the estate is a ceremonial courtyard, and behind the estate is a landscaped park.

The Aumeisteri estate complex includes the manor house with outbuildings, a surrounding park, an equipped pond and the estate manager's house. Before the agrarian reform of 1920, the estate belonged to the Wolf family.

The estate is located not far from the Estonian border, 143 km from Riga
