Amid the fabulous Ragusa Ibla near Deli Arch Church is the historic Palazzo Nifozi building. Its construction began in the 16th century and lasted until 1901. The building was based on a city wall. The special location in the form of a horseshoe is oriented to the south and includes a garden of about 300 sq.m. and a fountain. Three levels, total area 1000 sq.m., neoclassical style - large windows, balconies and finishing made of stone.
1 floor - large living rooms, studio, hall with fireplace, dining room and comfortable kitchen with terrace overlooking the valley. Four large bedrooms and three bathrooms. Floors and stairs are stone. The walls are decorated with 18th-century stucco and wall painting, the doors are original of the same period.
The second level has its own entrance, it is also led by a staircase from the studio. There are two beautiful grotto and a garden with Mediterranean vegetation.
