A 51 m2 cozy flat is for sale in the first floor, in the famous residential area, the Lajta Residential Park. If you enter the property, you will find a small entrance area, which is just suitable for storing your coats and shoes. Mosonmagyaróvár is a middle sized continuously developing city, which is in a very good location: half an hour driving from Győr, Pandorf and Bratislava 15 minutes driving distance from the Austrian border One hour from Wien. Facilities in town: cultural centre, hospital, library, museum, cafes, restaurants and so on. The flat is suitable for living, but if you want an investment, I can recommend it for this purpose, too. The current owner has been using it for letting purposes for 5 years. The town and the area is so popular, so it is easy to find subtenants.
