The apartment of 65 m2 consists of two bedrooms, a spacious interior, a bathroom, an American-type kitchen and a balcony. The city beach of LOS LOCOS is only 350 meters away! Restaurants, shops, bars are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for living: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bedding and towels, air conditioning, Russian TV and the Internet. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In the neighboring urbanization of Aldea del Mar is a large green park, a huge swimming pool, beautifully decorated. Entrance is paid, the cost is about 8 euros, but when buying a subscription for a few days, the price decreases.
The cost of renting an apartment depends on the season and is per week:
280 euros (40 euros per day) in low season
560 (80 euros per day) in average and
840 (120 euros per day) in high.
Additional costs:
