Punta Prima is a quiet residential area located five minutes drive from Torrevieja. In walking distance there are 2 pharmacies, numerous bars, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, fitness center. Good transport links and 2 bus stops. Within a five-minute drive - the commercial center LA ZENIA BOLEVAR and the shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs Torrevieja, and within a radius of only a few kilometers - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartine, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. It's a great place to walk.
The price per week of rent depends on the season and is:
50 euros per day or 350 per week in low season
85 a day or 595 a week in the middle season
180 euros per day or 1260 per week in high season.
- 200 euros - pledge, which is returned, subject to the safety of the property
- final cleaning - 95 euros, paid 1 time at arrival.
If necessary, we provide an official confirmation of the reservation.
- Arrival after 21.00 p.m. - an additional 20 euros.
- Check-in with animals on request (payment additional 35 euros).
- Rent a crib -20 euros, a baby chair -20 euros (for the entire period).
