Developer FK Development hosted an exclusive site visit to the Tonino Lamborghini Tower project, located on an artificial island in Batumi. Partners, brokers, and investors were invited to the event. This marks the first residential project under the Tonino Lamborghini brand in the Caucasus region.
Guests toured the site and received updates on construction progress. The tower’s concept, architecture, and investment potential were also presented. According to the developer, the event aimed to strengthen relationships with the broker network and outline future plans. Pile foundation work is currently underway at the site.
The partnership between FK Development and the Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini was announced in the autumn of 2025, with the tower’s name unveiled in Batumi on October 31. The brand is responsible for the interiors; the apartments feature Italian furnishings and smart home systems.
According to the aggregator Korter.ge, the 62-story tower will house 1,080 turnkey apartments with ceiling heights ranging from 3.45 to 3.65 meters. Prices start at $3,850 per square meter. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2030. The complex is situated approximately 30 meters from the sea and will feature four infinity pools (three outdoor and one indoor), a 15,000-square-meter shopping center, a yacht club, a spa and fitness center, a casino, a rooftop restaurant, and around 500 underground parking spaces.
The developer offers installment plans: up to four years with a 20% down payment, and up to five years with a 30% down payment.
