The house is located in a small and calm village located in the Dobrich region, 15 km from the resort town of Balchik, famous for its magnificent Botanical Garden. The distance to Varna and the international airport is about 57 km.
About 650 people live in the village, and the infrastructure is well developed: a primary school with a computer class and volleyball hall, a kindergarten, a library, a medical center, a pharmacy, a post office, a cafe-bar, and playgrounds.
Regular public transport has been established to the regional city of Dobrich (15 km) and neighboring settlements.
