Description

We present to your attention a plot with a project for the construction of three residential buildings in the Black Sea village of Shkorpilovtsi, 43 km south of Varna.

Location
The plot is located in the ecologically clean area of „Shkorpilovci“, located south of Varna at a distance of 43 km. The relief of the plot is relatively flat, in the southern part borders with asphalt road, in the southern part borders with asphalt road, in the west and east – with other sections, and in the north – with a river.
Shkorpilovtsi village is an updated Black Sea resort, with an exceptional wide beach strip and forests in the immediate vicinity. The established road infrastructure allows you to get to Varna international airport in 40 minutes. The resort area to the north borders with the nature reserve „Kamchia“, which gives excellent advantages for creating a unique atmosphere of full rest.

Project description
The plot has a relatively flat relief, on the one hand borders with the local river.

Construction indicators:

The project envisages the construction of three residential buildings, located next to each other, in the north-south direction, with access from the western and eastern sides. The buildings are four and five-storey, with a terraced floor. Near the houses there are 32 parking spaces on open parking and 18 parking spaces in closed garages located on the western side of the basement of the buildings.

Characteristics of construction
The buildings will be located on a relatively flat plot. The facade is dismembered by loggias and terraces of various shapes, openwork parapets, columns and pilasters. 
The construction of the building is monolithic, reinforced concrete. The outer walls will be made of brick with thermal insulation.
Materials used: structural plaster 2 mm, stone lining, PVC double-glazed windows, openwork metal parapet, tiles.

Description of residential buildings
It is planned to build three residential buildings - block „A1”, block „A2” and block „A3”. Each of the buildings has one entrance with a naturally lit staircase and an elevator. There are 32 parking spaces in open parking and 18 parking spaces in closed garages located on the western side of the basement of the buildings.
⁇ Block „A1”: 5-storey with terass-shaped floor;
„ Block ”A2 - 5-storey;
⁇ Block „A3” – 4-storey with a terass-shaped floor.

The parter floors of the three buildings on the east side will be occupied by commercial areas and entrances, and on the west side – covered garages and entrances to the upper floors.
The second, third, fourth and fifth floors for Blocks „A1”, „A2” and the second, third and fourth floors for Block „A3” are typical and similar.
There are four apartments on each floor: two with two bedrooms and two with one bedroom. The structural height of the dwellings is 2.88 sq.m.
Terraced floor: similar to Blocks „A1” and „A3”. It has two one-bedroom apartments and two spacious outdoor terraces.
The roof of the terraced floors for Blocks „A1” and „A3 has a slope of 18°, covered with tiles, and outside the area of the terraced floor the roof is flat and is a used open terrace.
Block „A2“ does not have a terraced floor, its roof has a slope of 18° and is covered with tiles.
