2. Description of the complex
Sun and Sea is a gated community complex . The building is set on 6 floors, with an elevator, with 2 sections and will consist of 86 apartments with comfortable layouts (studios, apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms). The complex also provides ramp for the disabled!
Each apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, one or two bedrooms. All apartments have a balcony or a loggia and have mainly south-west exposure.
Owners of the apartments will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the longest mountain range in Bulgaria and the Balkans - the Stara planina mountain from part of the 6th floor.
