Maintenance and management of the complex:
The maintenance of the complex is an obligation of  specialized company. For that the apartment owners  have to pay a one-year maintenance fee which will be used for maintenance of the communal parts of the buildings and the whole complex, maintenance of the swimming pools, year round security, use of the swimming pool, lighting of the communal parts of the buildings and the complex.
